Villa Arcadia is a welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Arcadia you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Arcadia is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Sinalunga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Arcadia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Arcadia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
Villa Arcadia is part of an 8-acre estate near Sinalunga, Siena, which also includes 5 apartments immersed in vineyards and olive groves, accommodating a maximum, of 36 guests. The villa is independent of the apartments, with which shares the laundry room and a tennis court.
You will be able to enter the family room from the through an external access. In the family room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the garden through three French doors.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The furnishings include two sofas and armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the greenery.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
