Villa Arconte A is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Villa Arconte A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Arconte A is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Sinalunga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Arconte A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Arconte A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
