The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level. The furnishings include two chairs bed for two guests. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the inner court through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic windows with a view on the inner yard.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down five steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
