Casa Pepita, Minori

Casa Pepita is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located in the center of Minori and a few meters from the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Pepita you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and of the street below. Casa Pepita is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Minori, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the beach at 100 meters (approximately 330 feet).

Casa Pepita is located on the second floor in the main building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Pepita. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the small square below.

The living room is paved with bright sea green tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a chair bed for one guest and two desks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
