Casa Anguria A is a welcoming one-story townhouse situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Anguria A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the swimming pool and of the garden and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Anguria A is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two private patios, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casalvelino Marina, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet) and a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Casa Anguria A from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through a garden.

To stay at Casa Anguria A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Casa Anguria A, B, C e D are two apartments and two cottages which are part of a farmhouse that extends along a gentle slope facing the sea. You will be at 1500 metres (1 mile) from the long sandy beach of Casalvelino Marina, perfect to have a relaxing bath and let your children play. The farmhouse's been conferred with the WWF 'Fattoria del Panda' recognition.

You will have at your disposal - shared with other guests of the farmhouse, which includes 12 bedrooms in the main buildings and two more apartments  - a beautiful swimming pool and a big garden, shadowed by citrus trees and ancient olive trees. Your kids will love exploring the garden, as well as visiting the area where the barnyard animals and the lovely bunnies are kept, and meeting Ciccio, the pony. 

At about 200 metres (650 feet) from the cottages you will find the farmhouse's restaurant. There you will be able to taste local dishes made with the produce of the farm: vegetables, cheeses, meats and olive oil, accompanied with good home-made wine. You can book your breakfast or half board service here, if you like.

The reception desk at the farmhouse will help you booking bike rentals, boat trips, fishing tourism excursions, snorkeling, horse rides, sightseeing of Cilento by bus. The farmhouse also offers an entertaining cooking three-day Italian cooking class, covering the essentials of a proper Italian meal: first courses, second courses and desserts. In the reception area you will be able to connect your Wi-Fi laptop to the Internet.

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 2.8 meters (9.20 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of September.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and orange trees. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The first patio is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery.

The second patio is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
