Casa Spiga E is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an historic villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. Casa Spiga E is located on the middle floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the courtyard and includes approximately 13 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Spiga E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance.

The ceiling of the first living room is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is an age-old fireplace. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The ceiling of the second living room is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. Here you will find two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the second living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
