Appartamento Breno, Bellagio

Appartamento Breno is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps five people. It is approximately 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a small private terrace with a view of the lake, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Bellagio, a few steps from restaurants, shops and the lake. You will find the stop for Linee Lecco bus Bellagio - Lecco line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Bellagio) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).

Appartamento Breno is located on the fourth floor in the main building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up approximately 80 stairway steps. The building has no elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Breno. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, an armchair and a desk. In this room an additional single folding bed is available (if requested in advance) to make it a single room. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the lake through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
