Villino Allegretto, Marina del Cantone

Villino Allegretto is a bright and sunny independent house built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villino Allegretto you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the bay of Marina del Cantone. Villino Allegretto is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Villino Allegretto from the parking area going down a short public route that includes approximately 120 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villino Allegretto we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a parking space.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. You will reach it from Villino Allegretto going down a route that includes approximately eight stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The access to the sea is shared with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. The facilities are available from the end of April until the beginning of October.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.

In the bedroom you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing eight steps of a ladder. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The mezzanine has a double-glazed window with a nice view of the sea and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the small terrace with a view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a frosted glass door. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board.
