Villa Calandria is a characteristic and welcoming villa built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Calandria you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Calandria is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Minori, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 10 meters (33 feet) and the closest beach (Minori beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards). You will reach Villa Calandria from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately 150 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Calandria. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 1.5 kilometers (0.6 miles), free of charge in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a public platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the terrace going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with non-resident guests.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through an external access. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
