Casa Mostaccino A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps two people. From Casa Mostaccino A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills. Casa Mostaccino A is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Siena, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards).
Casa Mostaccino A is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Mostaccino A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
The swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two gazebos and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa , two armchairs and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
