Casa Campolieto A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps two people. From Casa Campolieto A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Campolieto A is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Casole D'Elsa, where you will find restaurants and shops.

Casa Campolieto A is located on the mezzanine floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately five steps.

To stay at Casa Campolieto A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Casa Campolieto A is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. It is open from the end of April until mid-October.

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two gazebos. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area.
