Casa Ninfea B, Castel San Gimignano

Casa Ninfea B is a cozy and welcoming apartment situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps five people. From Casa Ninfea B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills and of the other buildings. Casa Ninfea B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of the small hamlet of Castel San Gimignano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.

Casa Ninfea B is located on the top floor in the main building. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.

To stay at Casa Ninfea B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the street below and of the other buildings. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the hills and of the inner yard.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing a wooden staircase with 15 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a divan that unfolds into a double bed.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the hills and of the inner yard.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
