Casa Teodoro B, Torre Vado

Casa Teodoro B is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Teodoro B you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the street below. Casa Teodoro B is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 400 meters (a quarter of a mile) from Torre Vado, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Torre Vado beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards).

Casa Teodoro B is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.

For a succesful stay at Casa Teodoro B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine located on a small terrace, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
