Casa Gionata D is a characteristic and welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Gionata D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Gionata D is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Gionata D from the parking area going up two flights of stairs (approximately 22 steps).
To stay at Casa Gionata D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.
Casa Gionata apartments are part of a tourist complex located in a favorable position between Florence, Pisa and Siena.
The complex consists of 7 apartments ( Casa Gionata A, B, C, D, E, F and G ), furnished according to the characteristics of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse.
As guests of Casa Gionata apartments, in addition to a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool you will have the opportunity to take walks among the vineyards and the saffron fields and enjoy sporting activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, hiking and mountain biking.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills and of the other buildings.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
