Casa Ivonne, Meina

Casa Ivonne is a graceful apartment situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ivonne you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake Maggiore and of the Alto Vergante. Casa Ivonne is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio with a view of the lake, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Meina, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Lido di Meina) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Casa Ivonne from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden.

To stay at Casa Ivonne you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Casa Ivonne is along a narrow road.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, two deck chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake Maggiore and of the Alto Vergante. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of September.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake Maggiore.

The garden is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and of the mountains. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the lake through a French door. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the lake. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
