Villa Carlina A, Viagrande

Villa Carlina A is a cozy and welcoming apartmentwith the strong charachter which derives from it actually being a restored old oil mill. It sleeps six people. From Villa Carlina A you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Carlina A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a nice private terrace and a shared garden.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Viagrande. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Aci Trezza beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles). You will reach Villa Carlina A from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately five stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Carlina A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wisteria pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a nice view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the Mount Etna.

The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the countryside.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the climbing a wooden staircase with 16 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) at its highest point and of 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has a small window.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
