Villa Doremi is a bright and elegant three-story age-old farm house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Doremi you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Doremi is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 80 meters (roughly 260 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Doremi from the street level going up a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 56 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Doremi. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans. Alternatively, you can park for a fee in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).
The terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The terrace is equipped with a masonry sofa, as well as with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed palms and by perfumed citrus trees. You will be able to reach it from the terrace. It is equipped with deck chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two masonry sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is an age-old fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and another small terrace with a view of the sea through two French doors.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace and the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second bedroom or from another independent entrance from the terrace. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace overlooking a walk way that leads to the back door of a private house next to the villa through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Important notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the first bedroom (they can avoid going through this room by entering from the terrace). You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the kitchen climbing 16 steps. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
