Casa Teide B, Praiano

Casa Teide B is a splendid and luminous apartment. It sleeps five people. From Casa Teide B you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Teide B is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a gorgeous private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Teide B from the street level going down a short public walkway that includes approximately 60 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Teide B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the bedrooms. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with masonry benches and with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a window with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
