Casa Mentuccia B is a welcoming apartment built sheer above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Mentuccia B you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Mentuccia B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a number of restaurants a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet). You will reach Casa Mentuccia B from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately eight steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Mentuccia B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
The furnishings of the living room are comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second bedroom. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. The terrace is equipped with a masonry sofa, as well as with an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
