Casa Miranda, Praiano

Casa Miranda is a welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Miranda you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Casa Miranda is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 20 meters (65 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Casa Miranda from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Miranda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 400 meters (440 yards), in a private parking lot.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

You will be able to enter the living room from the entrance hall climbing six steps. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing six steps. The furnishings are comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a small television (local channels). The room has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the entrance hall going down eight steps. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
