Holiday Home Description

Casa Medinilla C is a characteristic two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Casa Medinilla C you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the vegetation. Casa Medinilla C is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Gambassi Terme, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.

To stay at Casa Medinilla C you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Casa Medinilla C is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

Garden

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an arched opening. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).

Patio

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and two sun loungers.

Ground Floor

Living Room

You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen going down three steps. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has an arched window.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches).

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing six steps.

First Floor

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; heating.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Medinilla C the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
