Holiday Home Description

Casa Medinilla B is a welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps five people. From Casa Medinilla B you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden and of the hills. Casa Medinilla B is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio and a shared garden.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Gambassi Terme, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.

To stay at Casa Medinilla B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Casa Medinilla B is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

Garden

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an arched opening. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).

Patio

In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the vegetation.

Ground Floor

Living Room

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has two windows.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a table to seat five guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; heating.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Medinilla B the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
