Villa Casilda is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa with the fascination of the typical and ancient mediterranean houses. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Casilda you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Casilda is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). You will reach Villa Casilda from the parking area going up a 250-meters (820-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 80 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Casilda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a reserved parking space.
The garden is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two single divan beds. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the first terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine.
