Casa Briza, Sorrento

Casa Briza is a graceful apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Briza you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the hills of Sorrento. Casa Briza is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards) and the closest beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles).

Casa Briza is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a short public route that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately five stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Briza you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most two cars. Please note that access to Casa Briza is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the surrounding countryside.

The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with four deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and elegant. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find an upright piano(please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace with a broad view of Sorrento and of the Bay of Naples through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the sea, of the coastline and of the Bay of Naples. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
