Holiday Home Description

Appartamento Vitalia G is a charming studio apartment located right on the Lake Maggiore. It sleeps two people. It is appoximately 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, direct access to the lake, a shared garden, winter heating and broadband Internet access through Ethernet LAN.

You will be in the center of Meina, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), the stop for the SAF bus Arona - Milano line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet).

Appartamento Vitalia G is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.

For a succesful stay at Appartamento Vitalia G we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

You'll be guests in an elegant villa right on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a few steps from the charming village of Meina.

Here you'll find 28 apartments, all with views of the lake and with a patio, balcony or terrace. You'll have full use of the gracious communal garden as well as the spacious swimming pool, filled with lake water and clean white gravel depth.

Within the complex is an elegant restaurant, open to guests of the villa as well as to the public.

At the villa you'll find a reception desk open from 9:00 am til 12 noon and from 2:00 pm til 6:00 p.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.

Garden

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television, a CD player with FM radio and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the lake through a French door.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Appartamento Vitalia G the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
