Holiday Home Description

Casa Romice E is a graceful apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps five people. It is appoximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Laterina. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles).

Casa Romice E is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.

To stay at Casa Romice E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Romice E is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Casa Romice E is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.

Casa Romice hosts seven apartments set in two spacious farmhouses. The first villa is larger and houses five apartments, while the other house, the cottage holds two. The cottage is divided into two separate apartments but can also be rented as one big cottage. All the apartments have independent entrances and a private loggia for their own use.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).

Garden

In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a leather sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has three twin beds (80 cm/32 inches).

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Romice E the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

token for washing machine or dryer EUR 3.00/token.
