Holiday Home Description

Villa Darmassina B is a splendid and luminous two-story apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Darmassina B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding rural area and of the Reatina valley. Villa Darmassina B is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Magliano Sabina, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet) and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).

Villa Darmassina A and Villa Darmassina B are two separate vacation homes that are part of a large country villa estate. The two houses sit next to each other and have independent entrances and separate gardens.

About 50 meters from the villa you'll find a communal tennis court, available to all the villa's guests along with rackets and tennis balls. There is also a football (soccer) field for a friendly match.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.

Patio

Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; beach/pool towels.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Villa Darmassina B the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 250, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
