Holiday Home Description

Casa Terenzia F is a characteristic and welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps five people. It is appoximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Foiano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards).

Casa Terenzia F is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the parking area along a short private walkway that is flat and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Terenzia F you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard.

The complex, completely renovated in 2003, was a farm now converted into a typical resort. The apartments are divided between the barn and the farmhouse, and keep intact their traditional Tuscan style.

You can enjoy a large garden, shared with guests of the complex, where you will also find a nice playground for children.

The surrounding area will allow you to perform a variety of interesting activities. You will find a riding school at 12 km, in order to make an unforgettable horse riding admiring the surrounding views. There is a golf course a short distance, a Tennis court at about 10 km, and you can also go fishing at the private lake and 800 meters.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by trees and by elegant gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Garden

The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a gazebo. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

Living Room

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has two high windows.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; washing machine and dryer.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Terenzia F the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
