Casa Coccola, Praiano

Casa Coccola is a bright and sunny independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Coccola you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Coccola is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features two spacious private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Casa Coccola from the street level going up approximately 30 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Coccola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The first terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The terrace is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a tall porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles with inlaid handmade mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen has a high window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a wood sofa and an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first and the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room also has a window overlooking the second terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
