Dining Room

You will be able to enter the dining room from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. There is an age-old fireplace. The room has two windows with a view of the Talamone Gulf.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room through a corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea, of the coast and of the Giglio island. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.

Terrace 1

The first terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Talamone Gulf and of Giglio island.

Living Room

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas, two armchairs and a desk. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker and a small refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the Talamone Gulf and of the Rocca Aldobrandesca (Aldobrandesca fortress) through a French door. The room has three large panoramic windows with a view of the sea, of the coast and of the Giglio island. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Terrace 2

The second terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the fourth bedroom going up a spiral staircase. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
