The Gladiolo apartments are part of a small complex, consisting of 7 apartments. You will spend some great days enjoying the peace of nature and magnificent views of the Tuscan hills of the Val di Cecina.

The village is nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, situated on a hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It is located a few kilometers from the Etruscan Coast, with sandy beaches and clear from here you can plan several excursions to parks, protected areas, nature reserves and wildlife refuges. A few miles you can visit the cities of Riparbella, Bolgheri, Volterra, Pisa, Siena and Florence.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, a swing, an hammock and an external shower. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills of the Cecina Valley and of the vegetation. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.

Garden 1

The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

Garden 2

You will be able to reach the garden from the swimming pool area. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and an hammock. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.

Patio

In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Gladiolo F the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
