These apartments belong to a beautiful complex in the heart of Salento, which once was a famous historical building.
This eighteenth-century nobleman's house is in the town of Presicce, a nice historical place just a few miles from Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli and Otranto.
After renovations, the building has found a real new glory, becoming one of the most enchanting places of the salento's territory. So, spending your time reading or resting in the old rooms, furnished with antique pieces, will give you the impression of living in the old bygone times...
The apartments have been recovered from the old stables of the estate, and now are furnished with modern taste. They are nested in the wood that surrounds the property, and you could walk around, or just have rest, in a small corner of pristine beauty.
The swimming pool, always at your disposal, has led lights of different colors that make it unique. You could swim at night and try the benefits of cromotherapy!
Or, you can decide to discover all the beautiful beaches af the ionian, tirrenian and even adriatic sea. The strategic position of the property will let you find some suggestive places which will be unforgettable! Santa Maria di Leuca and Gallipoli, for example, are not very far from the apartments, and we can say that every day you can swim in a different sea!

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the forest that surrounds the estate. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing pine trees and by elegant olive trees and platans. It is equipped with chairs and deck chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room boasts a brick circular vault. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a wood sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
