Casa Giuggiola is a bright and sunny independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Giuggiola you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi and of the small Li Galli islands. Casa Giuggiola is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Giuggiola from the street level along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Giuggiola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Terrace
The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with hand-made tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and one electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
