Holiday Home Description

Appartamento Vaniglia A is an elegant and welcoming two-story apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Appartamento Vaniglia A you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Appartamento Vaniglia A is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features two wide private terraces with a view of the sea.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Conca dei Marini, where you will find the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).

Appartamento Vaniglia A is located on the bottom floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the street level going up a short public walkway that includes approximately 60 stairway steps.

To stay at Appartamento Vaniglia A you will need a car. You will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

It is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the island of Li Galli.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a porthole window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor or from the fourth bedroom through an interconnecting door that can be left close. The floor is paved with lucid green tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, small and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Bedroom 4

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor or from the second bedroom through an interconnecting door that can be left close. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a rocking chair. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Appartamento Vaniglia A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

From April 1 to October 31: € 0.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights, € 0.25 thereafter. Guests aged under 12 are exempt.
