Holiday Home Description

Casa Melissa B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment with the strong charachter which derives from it actually being a restored old mill. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Sannicola, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will reach Casa Melissa B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Melissa B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.2 meter (4 feet) to 2.6 meters (8.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the beginning of October.

Patio

The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the vegetation. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

Mezzanine Level with bathroom

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the climbing 13 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is vaulted. On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The mezzanine has an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.
