Villa Maravilla, Praiano

Villa Maravilla is an elegant apartment that is part of a villa located right on the beach. It sleeps four people. From Villa Maravilla you will have a pleasant view of the sea. Villa Maravilla is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet). You will reach Villa Maravilla from the street level going down a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 25 stairway steps. Because of its characteristic location within a fjord, some traffic noise can be heard.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Maravilla. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and an external shower.

The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the beach and of the sea.

The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The third terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second terrace climbing 26 steps. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid handmade mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a big fireplace. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the first kitchen. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The room has two windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first terrace.

The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the swimming pool area.
