Villa Soemi is a splendid and luminous three-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Villa Soemi you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Soemi is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a wide private terrace, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Morra, where you will find a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants and shops at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles). You will reach Villa Soemi from the parking area along a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden.
To stay at Villa Soemi you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.
In order to reach Villa Soemi you have to drive along a private country road, starting from the main street, for about two kilometers.
During your way you will enjoy the wonderful landscape of the countryside around you, with high and elegant cypresses setting off the striking lovely natural setting.
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has two small windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a table to seat five guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room has a small high window with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the hills through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
The second living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a big fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the second living room along a stairway. This room has no door. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the garden and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
