Living Room 1

There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and the swimming pool through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances.

Half-bath 1

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the first living room.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are classic. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a second terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has three twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Patio

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the main terrace along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the vegetation and of the sea at a distance.

Mezzanine Level

You will be able to access the mezzanine level from the living room climbing 26 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), as well as a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is sloping. The mezzanine has a large panoramic window and it has an air conditioning unit.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

Half-bath 2

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Living Room 3

You will be able to enter the third living room from the garden. The floor is paved with characteristic tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television.
