Holiday Home Description

Casa Farfalla is a bright apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Farfalla you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Farfalla is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a small private terrace with a view of the sea and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be in the center of Praiano, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi-Sorrento line. You will find a grocery store at 200 meters (220 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 550 stairway steps.

Casa Farfalla is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 14 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Farfalla. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The owner of Casa Farfalla lives next to this apartment. She is a very nice lady and, in case you need help, she will be available to assist you and provide useful tourist information.

Terrace

The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; parking.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Farfalla the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
