Appartamento Nemorina A and Appartamento Nemorina B are two apartments which are part of a villa. You will find Appartamento Nemorina A downstairs and Appartamento Nemorina B upstairs.
Both apartments are accessible from the parking area across a short walkway and down along a staircase by which you will arrive to the terrace and at the entrance of Appartamento Nemorina B. To access the second apartment you have to continue to go down along the second flight of the outdoor stairs and then you will reach the terrace and the entrance of Appartamento Nemorina A.
The owners of both apartments Nemorina live in a nearby apartment. They are very friendly and discreet. If necessary they will be able to assist you and provide useful tourist information.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple. They include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a small television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
