You will find a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). Appartamento Nemorina A is located on the bottom floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area going down a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that includes approximately 40 stairway steps. Both apartments are accessible from the parking area across a short walkway and down along a staircase by which you will arrive to the terrace and at the entrance of Appartamento Nemorina B. To access the second apartment you have to continue to go down along the second flight of the outdoor stairs and then you will reach the terrace and the entrance of Appartamento Nemorina A. The owners of both apartments Nemorina live in a nearby apartment. They are very friendly and discreet. If necessary they will be able to assist you and provide useful tourist information.
Terrace 1The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Terrace 2The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a metal roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living RoomThe furnishings of the living room include two armchairs and two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a small television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has an arched window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
BathroomThe bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine and an iron. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Included in the price The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Payment Terms A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property. Security Deposit Upon arrival at Appartamento Nemorina A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
