Terrace 1

The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wisteria pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and an hammock. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room include three armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Half-bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the first terrace. Here you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

Terrace 2

The second terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six guests). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a double. The room has an arched window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
