Holiday Home Description

Appartamento Lindora A is a bright and elegant apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Lindora A you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the tourist port. Appartamento Lindora A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a wide shared terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden and a reserved outdoor area.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Lacco Ameno, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Piazza Marina Casamicciola - Lacco Ameno line at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Appartamento Lindora A from the parking area going down a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 17 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Lindora A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The complex consists of four apartments, three of which are beeng renteted as holidays homes and one is used by the owners. Each apartments has a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast of Lacco Ameno.

You will find in a typical Mediterranean building, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of plants and flowers of various kinds.

The building is located in a quiet area, at a few steps from downtown Lacco Ameno, where you can stroll and enjoy the sea view and the famous "Fungo" , a typical rock called "The mushroom" for its peculiar shape.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and the coast of Lacco Ameno. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of October.

Terrace

The terrace is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. You will reach it from the garden going up a stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

Garden

The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. They include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has a small arched window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has an arched window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. In this room you will find a small television. The room has an arched window with a view of the garden.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Appartamento Lindora A the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 350, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
