You will reach Appartamento Nadina B from the street level going up a walkway that includes approximately 105 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Nadina B. The structure is divided into two apartments which together form a pretty villa built in typical Mediterranean style. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a private space on the terrace located upstairs. Downstairs you will find a large terrace area with sun terrace, well equipped with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. From this second terrace you will enjoy a fantastic view of sea and coast. This terrace is shared by the guests of both apartments. Watching at the sunset views from the terraces you will experience a feeling of calm and relaxation. You will be surrounded by colorful plants and flowers that the owner of the house loves to heal herself.
TerraceThe terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an hammock. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of Praiano. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
TerraceThe terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
KitchenThe kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroomImportant notice: members of your party might need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom (they can avoid going through this room by entering from the terrace). You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. Here you will also find a safe. Included in the price The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Payment Terms A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property. Security Deposit Upon arrival at Appartamento Nadina B the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
