Terrace 1

The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of Praiano.

Terrace 2

The second terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the study. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.

Fitness Room

At Villa Demetra you will find a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench.

Study

The furnishings of the study include a sofa , an armchair and a desk. In this room you will find a television. From the study you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first and the second terrace with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below through a French door.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a high window.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Terrace 3

The third terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea.

Living Room

The living room is paved with original terracotta tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include three armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace decorated with age-old majolica tiles. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a large panoramic arched window with a view of the sea.

Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has a large panoramic arched window with a view of the sea.

Bedroom 4

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with hand-made majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the bedroom there is a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the vegetation.

Bathroom 3

The third bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Half-bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
