Holiday Home Description

Casa Solange is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located in the center of Positano and a few meters from the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Solange you will enjoy a pleasant view of Positano and, partially, of the sea. Casa Solange is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Positano, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Casa Solange from the parking area going down a 200-meters (660-feet) public walkway that cuts throug the historic centre of Positano and includes approximately six stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Solange. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the surrounding ancient alleys and, partially, of the sea.

Living Room

The ceiling of the living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. They include two single divan beds. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. There is a table to seat five guests.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Solange the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
