Holiday Home Description

Appartamento Rosabella C is a romantic and welcoming studio apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps two people. It is appoximately 20 square meters (215 square feet). It features a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the heart of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.

Appartamento Rosabella C is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the street level going up a walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately six stairway steps. Because of its convenient and central location some music from restaurants and bars can be heard.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Rosabella C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

The residence is a characteristic two-story building composed by six apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the property.

You will easily recognize the small complex: it is a pink villa built in the typical Sorrento style, surrounded by a verdant garden where you will find a variety of flowers, plants and trees. This garden is shared with the other guests of the residence.

At the entrance of the building there is a reception where the owner will be happy to provide assistance and useful tourist information. The reception is opened in the daytime.

Garden

The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

A laundry room is on the garden level. You will be able to enter it from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; daily cleaning; towels, changed twice a week; linens, changed twice a week; breakfast pack.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

From April 1 to October 31: € 1.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt.
