Casa Giuliana B, Praiano

Casa Giuliana B is a characteristic apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Giuliana B you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).

Casa Giuliana B is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Giuliana B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a long sofa , two armchairs and two single divan beds. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. The room has a small high window.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
