Holiday Home Description

Casa Biancamaria is a pleasant and spacious apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps six people. From Casa Biancamaria you will have a pleasant view of Minori. Casa Biancamaria is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private terrace and winter heating.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Minori, where you will find restaurants, shops, the SITA bus stop, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach Casa Biancamaria from the parking area along a short public walkway that includes approximately 60 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Biancamaria. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).

Terrace

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of Minori and of the hills.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. They include a sofa , two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Biancamaria the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
