Holiday Home Description

Casa Ubaldina is a characteristic and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Ubaldina you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Ubaldina is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Ubaldina from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 127 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ubaldina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Terrace

The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the main entrance hall. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands.

Garden

The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. You will be able to reach it from the terrace climbing three steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a partial view of the sea.

Living Room

You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television, a CD player and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a partial view of the sea.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels.

A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Upon arrival at Casa Ubaldina the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
